New Policy

Above is new prove that we are enforcing a new policy at WFAC. If you leave weights out or a bar then you will be charged for the staff having to pick up after you. A 6 pack of beer(staff’s choice) is required for every 20kg that we have to pick up.

The September Starting Strength Training Camp has been moved from the 18th to the 25th. That means you have more time to sign up and get ready to work on your Squat and Deadlift.

Changes

Everyone,

There have been some changes at the gym lately if you havent been around. First, Justin is no longer at WFAC. Second, Juli Peterson is now down here managing the gym. If you havent been in to meet her then you should do so. She is an amazing coach.

A few other things to mention. There are still spots availible for the July Starting Strength Training Camp. This will be the last two day camp. The Camps will now be a one day, two lift camp. This is to try and make it easier for people to attend and not have to miss work. The first one will be held Aug. 18th. Sign up here.
